Jack Black looks pathetic

I quit watching all major league sports during the kneeling scandal years ago. I miss the super bowl sometimes but I dont regret walking away
240
Imagine going from 5 figures a month to minimum wage. Sensational
146
Corrupt politicians are making things worse

1776 redux

@Justin-pe9cl Democracy had been described as two wolves and a sheep deciding what is for dinner. The point is that the majority can possibly vote for something immoral.
13
@brianmurphy6480 The correct term is bonus hole so that trans and woke people don't get upset
12
I am too old and too tired to put up with tyranny
9
The WHO said the clot shot can cause MS. Wow
7
@calstonjew I say looks because I am commenting on how he has let himself go. Is he trying to look like John Candy or Chris Farley?
7
@LRM5195 People have been trying to discredit the Bible for a long time. It usually results in them coming to believe in God. Simon Greenleaf is an example
7
Right on. Guy was a jackass
6
Trump/Vance all the way.
4
@Monkelix How will that increase unemployment? Maybe the corporate farms and corporate supermarkets will have to pay higher wages if there isn't a surplus of cheap labor? Studies show that after 5 years, 40% of immigrants are still unemployed. That is too many people draining social services (taxpayer money) that harms the country
4
@wm1958 You have a good point there. 🍻
4
I don't like violence but these days we must be prepared to use violence to stop violence
4
@aydin2005ozdemir I guess they could just leave him in a jail and not feed him. Makes no difference to me
3
@Monkelix Some illegal immigrants are rich too. Some Chinese were caught near the border and they had gold bars in their trunk.
3
@theleonson100 Trump clarified what he meant. If a cop is doing his job in a reasonable manner he should get immunity. If the cop breaks the law and his oath then he shouldn't have immunity. It seems reasonable to me.
3
@IsaAC-ct5rx People have gone over that list and it includes speaking errors and obvious exaggerations. That doesn't fly
3
@IsaAC-ct5rx Trump had spoken for hundreds of hours unscripted. Of course he is going to brag, misspeak, and exaggerate. People do that every day
3
@beanbun2312 Hitler was fighting in the trenches in WWI. Almost certainly had PTSD and caught some poison gas if accounts are right. No excuses for his idiocy but he certainly seemed mentally damaged.
3
@June-ns5fo The current polls show Trump by 3 to 6 points, which is very high for any Republican at this time.
3
@Monkelix We all know what the solution is for America. Reduce social programs and have jobs that pay a reasonable wage and stop the government from wasting our money which increases inflation. Also reducing dumb regulations is a big help. It isn't hard at all. It is really very simple. I know forcing people to do something productive with their lives seems harsh but thriving as a country means higher productivity per person. This is indisputable
2
@scottfraser706 Technically that would be true she would be the first but she wouldn't have been elected as president. Kinda like inheriting a trust fund
2
If men stop simping, even catfishing wouldn't get women or AI accounts anywhere
2
@FriedrichBarb Some people want to cancel people over dumb or critically stupid stuff with no evidence. I would point to Bret Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas and Johnny Depp among others who have been falsely accused and have their reputations damaged without a chance to defend themselves. Many conservatives in Hollywood get blacklisted like James Woods, Tim Allen, Gina Corano. Centrist comedians won't go to NY or LA comedy clubs and won't go to college campuses. When you have video evidence of someone being an arsewip3 then it is up to people to decide if collective action needs to be taken. In this case saying, Next time don't miss, is beyond any form of human decency
2
@weekendmom We need to make sure we get out and vote. Some people think Covid was the reason many people stayed home in 2022 but I am not sure what happened
2
@drshoe8744 Tinnitus D meaning their are tone deaf to what being a moral person is like?
2
@LRM5195 Many theologians agree with you. It is conjecture but some believe Jonah died and was resurrected. The reason for this is that it is a sort of parallel for Jesus dying and being raised 3 days later
2
@matbillings2533 You are right. Sushi chefs are not to be messed with cause they have super sharp knives
1
@David-u5w2r 80% of the people at my job got poked. I tried and tried to warn them but they refused to listen. Some of them don't look well now. One woman looks like she aged 10 years over 2 years. I did the best I could
1
@golddee2040 The pro of a two party system is to keep access limited. This is supposed to limit the candidates to mainstream populists. In parliamentary systems you end up with the Greens, Communists, radical Socialists, etc etc. It doesn't seem to be helping Europe to have more parties. We can have third parties. Remember Ross Perot? He took votes from Bush Sr and Bill Clinton became president. Not America's finest hour
1
@asd123543666 I convinced a friend to vote for Trump based on illegal immigration and how Kamala wants free health care for illegals
1
@sammy-ix3eh You're welcome over here ✌️
1
@PolarBearMVG All Trump did was start the research on the vax. Biden did the lockdowns, mandatory jabs and talked about a vaccine passport to travel
1
@ayla4248 You have no clue what you are talking about. Piano guy is the innocent party here not your felonious property breaker and thief. Get a grip
1
@IsaAC-ct5rx Trump banned travel from China as soon as we had the first confirmed death from the Vid. Taiwan was first and we were second to ban travel from China. The media lost their minds saying it was unconstitutional, over-reaction, unfair, trapped US citizens and foreign students blah blah. Some people actually have a memory
1
@IsaAC-ct5rx Trump was criticized for showing one of the paths the hurricane could take. It was the best guess at the time. Gee so terrible he used science and science didn't come through
1
@IsaAC-ct5rx Trump did put very large sanctions on China for fentanyl being exported into the US. This did cause some inflation. 80k people died last year related to fentanyl. What has Biden/Harris done on fentayl?
1
@IsaAC-ct5rx The SCOTUS reversed Roe vs Wade and it became a state issue. Each state will now be making their own laws. More fake news.
1
@nojuanatall3281 Funny. Well done
1
@user-tp5yb4hr4w Yeah Boy George is gay.
1
@Savagetechie The hard left is authoritarian in nature. They believe in very limited property rights/property ownership. Communism, socialism, fascism all place the state above the individual. That is all anyone really needs to understand. Poli-Sci majors may find the minute differences interesting but is it really that important?
1
@jimgalle1371 Yup the WEF is our friend, we should all allow them to force us to be vegan (except for bugs), and we will own nothing and be happy.
1
@Savagetechie You are either a political a science major or someone who doesn't want to see communism criticized. So which is it? 😉
1
@Savagetechie I agree definitions are noteworthy but since all authoritarianism sucks it's kind of like arguing what breeds made that mutt over there. Just my 2 cents
1
@markhunt575 My mother in law is a far left crazy. Rather arrogant and is always sure she is right and can't stand when anyone contradicts her on politics or the insanity of the left
1
@mr.dr.frankenkeys I generally don't care what political opinions artists have. When someone like the Dixie Chicks or Jack Black go off the rails then I get upset
1
@dna3930 Crazy good question 🤔 😉
1
@utley Yes in off year elections the turnout is often low but people were still predicting a red wave because Biden is a pompous ars3. Many people thought there would be a backlash for Bidens terrible first 2 years in office. Some people do think Covid played a role in Republicans not being enthusiastic to vote
1
I hope this idiot gets a.good long jail sentence
1
@markhunt575 In some places it is illegal to use bug spray on people. Have to check your local laws
1
@ytsn_THE_OG if by real football you mean they look like the Keystone Cops, you're right 😁 Just teasing
1
@j.lingle4713 That is how I feel. If a league apologizes I would consider supporting them again but realistically it isn't going to happen
1
RAPTORSEAVIKING The way it used to be was that when players were in uniform they represented the players, the club and the league. If a player wants to make a personal statement they can do that on their own time. Players do not have the right to grandstand in front of the fans and waste their time and subject them to their personal opinions. It would be the same thing if someone was at their place of work and started protesting on the job. Totally inappropriate
1
Hey Bootleg Sub Zero. There are a lot of Mortal Kombat fans out here. Don't sell yourself short!
1
CA loves rhe people seeking reparations from stores and freeways
1
@lollsforlunch Actually AH never got more than 37% of the popular vote and then he got some politicians to make him Chancelor, kinda like a Prime Minister, and then he seized power. The brown shirts and SS were actually made illegal before he was Chancelor
1
@inkblooded1058 me too
1
@siriusxfm4328 The idea behind the electoral college is that if there seems to be massive fraud, they electors can vote their conscience and vote for the person who they think would have won if the election was fair. It almost never happens but it is there to be the last line of defense
1
@user-ws1bx5xb8s You are not the arbiter of what points are moot. If I decline to provide a definition of immoral that doesn't make anything I said false or invalid. You can or should ask for clarification politely if you think I am in error or missed something. You did sort of provide the basic definition of what is moral. Morality is the standard of decency and fairness a person believes to be most correct. When a group of people adopt a generally consistent set of morals it can be called an ethos. That would basically be a societal standard or morality. I won't use the term ethos because most most people use the terms interchangeably. Hope that cleared things up
1
@Steir12 You stated that Trump has simple yet unrealistic ideas. What are these unrealistic ideas? Trump's major accomplishments were to develop more domestic energy, cut regulations that hamper US industry, cut taxes to spur the economy, not start any new wars, make the NATO alliance countries pay the dues to NATO as they agreed upon and to keep illegal immigrants from coning into the country. These are all popular with most Americans but don't seem to be unrealistic at all. Am I missing something?
1
@inkblooded1058 I don't know what they are so afraid of opinions that comments have to go away. It makes no sense. 🍻
1
@caddyguy5369 The point in the analogy of two wolves and a sheep is that the sheep can vote but since the majority rules, the sheep is at the mercy of the wolves. Yes the sheep gets a vote but it won't protect the sheep's rights.
1
@xblahxnikkix Democracies and dictatorships are nearly opposites. In a true democracy the people make all the rules. In a dictatorship, there is one person making all the rules usually with the force of the police/military
