Jimmy REALLY needs to (and SHOULD) look further into ESG, DEI and the UN SDG's......They're simply (and sadly) copro-state (fascist with some communist ideals) tools and ways to ideologically re-define money AWAY FROM being an intermediary between people to trade products and goods of ACTUAL desire and merit....into an ideologically-led new 'reality' (and 'sustainability' of themselves) as defined by others not part of our democracy or sovereignty, to then over-control folks (while telling the easily-led something pretty...... with a fake and creepy Stepford smile of insincerity).
