'Re-settling' isn't exactly ethnic cleansing (the arab/muslim world has been 'resettling' jewish populations through the threat of death for a long time) .....and most regions won in a defensive war don't become 'occupied territories' (unless self-convenient to a victimhood narrative). The 'Palestinians' are sadly far more useful to Egypt/Jordan (and the neighbouring enemies of Israel) right where they are.....as moral-offence tools/pawns whenever they end up on the a-end of violence, whether perpetuated by Israel or themselves while 'encourage'-funded by outsiders with their own shameless (and ironically morality-lacking) vested interests.
