Just tell him that he'll get LESS money whenever ANOTHER Ukrainian soldier dies......right now he just uses their unnecessary deaths to desperately (and shamelessly) beg/demand more money .....where their deaths ultimately just make them pawns to self-justify generating MORE shamelessly self-serving funding (and more loans to his benefactors).
