@fatbap Maybe look and think a little deeper to what came FIRST before the current legal technicalities became your chosen focus (or distraction despite the rest) ....They hoped he'd go away after they suspended him for nonsense which deliberately isn't being challenged. The 'trespassing' happened after and is another example of using power against him in the now sadly normalised passive regressive way.

@fatbap They ARE entitled to do what they want as an employer within limits but you're deliberately and self-conveniently missing the ORIGINAL point of how this FIRST started while instead distract/focussed on what came next. He was suspended with pay in the passive aggressive hope that he'd be easily-bought to stay quiet .....or just go away. They could have fired him but then they'd have the publicity of an unfair dismissal case to answer for (and the potential compensation)......where all the parents would then quickly discover what the school was actively doing behind the parents backs. You're allowed to think a little deeper/wider than the obvious legal issue which came AFTER the original sketchiness (strangely not yet held accountable)....in the same way you're allowed to ask yourself what is worse in the Assange case......a guy releasing classified documents which someone leaked to him or the original sketchiness which the documents exposed (which have also never faced anywhere near the same scrutiny or heavy handed legal issues as the publisher).

@fatbap You're still self-conveniently ignoring it, both sides are relevant which should at least prompt you to consider it larger, as a whole and from the source. It's easy to see him in the negative based on the broken law alone but if you consider the whole dodgy narrative it's also easy to see him as principled (and the rest of them far less so while deliberately less considered). The more it drags out the worse and unnecessarily over-bearing the authorities look but we do now live in times where principles don't appear to count as much and where pragmatism, at an almost autistic level, (despite the rest) so rules the day. I don't necessarily see him in the right but the rest just looks worse and more and more shameless as time goes on.

@fatbap "What you're basically saying".......no that's what you've self-conveniently chosen to tell yourself despite my ACTUAL comment (while also using an unnecessary/distractive comparison). You're just digging a deeper single/less-think hole......there's a reason why this guy has sympathy from the public despite and regardless of his trespassing. He is indeed making a martyr of himself, which can only be achieved via the increasingly overbearing ridiculousness of what he's fighting.

useful-idiocy is easier than thinking for yourself .....or using the discretion which all power-based positions have but are sadly discouraged by the grifting and easily-challenged higher-ups.
