A false flag is something that is false (a manufactured OUTRIGHT lie)......'Allowing' your enemy to do something nasty (first strike) to then claim moral outrage (and the self-justification to subsequently then do anything) is something else.....where the bigger moral onus is STILL mostly on your enemy, despite the creepy and self-serving 'allowance'. If the Israeli government 'allowed' the nasty massacre (or were active participants) then the Israeli citizens should be justifiably outraged by their government ......but it still DOESN'T excuse what nastiness Hamas actually did and chose to do.
