  1. The average citizen is justifiably MORE concerned by their 'standard of living' than GDP which doesn't prioritise it. The subsidised immigrants 'help' to normalise the lowering of wages, a bigger/growing gap between the rich/poor (at the expense of the balancing middle class) and the march towards a then umm 'necessary' (and strangely self-fulfilling) MORE socialist-controlled/over-bearing nanny-state (and free-market devolved monopoly with 'selective' big-corp 'fiends'), where the immigrants also help to regress/replace the local culture/standards (for the culture-less, global-homo 'global-citizen' initiative) under the dubious guise of over-prioritised 'diversity' and manipulative supposed 'good intentions'......at the expense of ALL else including individuality (for conformity instead) aspiration (for non-aspirational apathy instead), merit (for 'tick-box' approval instead) and simply looking after your own citizens first.
