  1. Most government workers will see this and likely react with self-serving/interested shock......but should also consider that the 75% he's talking about are the unnecessary ones. If you're a productive/necessary government employee you're more likely to be in the 25% category even if overly paranoid when simply hearing the words 'cut' and 'government employee'.
