Brave New World is the 'realer' approximation of our potential/likely creepy future (and readily accepted) dystopia, 1984 was one inspired by the obvious nastiness of communist/fascist totalitarianism.....Brave still creeps me out more because it feels like Huxley is potentially both warning and laughing at us at the same time.
