  1. they allready have 'plate' reading technology, so they have a head start IDing incoming vehicles. then when they come up with some bullshit to remove the driver from the vehicle, they make sure there are no recording devices in the vehicle. then they 'plant' the evidence! and hey presto, your in cuffs, getting your whole life turned inside out. all because you said 'i dont have to answer you questions'
