  1. how far up do you think a home owner controls? reality, no far up even if the drone was just above roof height and filming, you cant shoot at it! same as if their was a man on your roof, you cant shoot him! you can call the police

  2. its hardly new i first heard about drones being used for deliveries years ago plus realestate people use them all the time to film properties up for sale

  3.  @JimCAScr  use a phone, take a photo, then call the police after you are sure there are no operators in the area shooting at it can hurt innocent people bullets dont dissapear when they miss a target

  7. i saw a re-enactment on tv once a person was found dead in a houses back yard from a bullet would it was figured out the bullet can from several streets away when it was shot in the air by a guy 'testing' his gun it does happen
