'whats your name and badge number?' like thats the best line they can think of? lawyers must watch arrest videos and do the 'forehead slap' constantly 1 in 1000 arrests get over turned because the cop did something wrong not giving up his/her name and badge number while he/she is putting cuffs on has never been the reason
