  1. i get the idea behind the 'checkpoints' what i dont get is the stupid question "are you a citizen of the USA'! how many non citizens have said "oh my god, you got me, i'm a mexican wall hopper" its so stupid. and its all against the law! but the supreme courts not calling the feds out on it, maybe no supreme court judges have been detained yet.
