  1. It's So great that you did good by your customer and completed the task with good parts and out of your own time and expense to do it right. There is no company today or even 90% of "mechanics" that will do the right thing like what you did. I wish more people had the work ethic like yours in todays world but sadly it is a reality that there is just fewer and fewer good people no matter the profession, every thing is quick fix and get rich quick.
