That is illegal attempts by the Western Countries and NATO alliances to damage the Russian Economy. Furthermore, My money in your BANK does not mean that you can just take it and say you are "Withholding the Funds", It is still my money so that is Illegal and Banks cannot be Governed by Politics, If you don't want to keep their money then let them withdraw it. Also cutting off the Russian access to the Internet Through the US based Companies only strengthens the Russian cyber security and who cares about VW and Ford products nowadays anyway.
