Hamas was willing to give the bodies of the hostages over and release some of the relatives but the IDF and Israel Refused because the bodies would be handed over to medical persons just like the other hostages and the "True cause of death" would expose Netanyahu and IDF so they immediately stop negotiating and started bombing again because if there is no evidence to prove otherwise the IDF can claim that they died in Hamas Hands.
