  1. As a Belgian, I forgive you for the the confusion. Understandable given that the official language of 60% of Belgians is Dutch. What I miss in this comparison is the fact "when" the treatment began. I see in the Brazilian study that it happened in hospitals. Now, if covid patients are so sick that they are already in the hospital, then you are actually already too late with the treatment. Treatment should start as early as possible after the first symptoms. Then it is the most efficient and even prevents people from having to be admitted to hospital. The study must therefore be carried out outside the hospital, with the help of general practitioners, before the patient ends up in the hospital. I am not a doctor, but I heard that it is actually zinc that does the work in the cells, but that zinc has difficulty entering the cell. Hydroxychloroquine is said to promote cell penetration. That is why doctors usually prescribe a cocktail that also contains zinc.
