@333vang4
- Not only do cold symptoms stay away, but also my bowel function works much better now, no more constipation.
This is not insignificant, since poor digestion can be the cause of many ailments and can also affect other organs, liver, kidneys, etc.
I feel really good and the only thing I regret is that I didn't start sooner.
Because I used to suffer from long-lasting colds, especially in winter.
I don't take vitamin C because I eat enough fresh fruit and vegetables.
I may have been infected a few times during all that time, but if there are no symptoms, it goes unnoticed, doesn't it? -

I posted this earlier, but apparently all posts are not visible.
I try again:
I take 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily and 5,000 IU in the summer.
Vitamin K2mk7 200 µg daily
Zinc 20 mg daily
Vitamin B12 1,000 µg daily, because older people like me absorb less of it from food.
I also take magnesium regularly.

For proper functioning of the immune system, the recommended dose by the health authorities is way too low.
It may prevent rickets, but to boost the immune system and thus protect yourself against infections, these amounts are completely insufficient.

That frustrated me too, but he always based himself on the official data.
Data that now appears to be questionable, to say the least.
And, how many so-called medical professionals have not done so?
Who, like John, also supported government measures, lockdowns, mouth masks, you name it?
We are now almost two years after the start of these ′′ so called ′′ vaccines and a lot has already come out..
Personally, I think what the governments have done is much worse.
It is now gradually becoming clear to everyone that the "experiment" has gone seriously wrong.
Even today, governments refuse to face this reality and, along with the complicit media, remain silent about this debacle.
The governments and the media are the main culprits and certainly also the media platforms that censored the dissenting voice.
John still has to weigh his words because of possible censorship on this platform.
I'm not even talking about the government's polarization of vaccinated against unvaccinated people, which has broken even years of friendships between people.
Unimaginable.
If you would have stated in 2019 that this was going to happen, you would have been declared crazy.

Well, I also had it often after the flu too.
The symptoms were gone after a few days, but I still felt weak for a long time afterwards.
After all, your body is going through an ordeal, which usually causes you to lose a few pounds as well.
This applies to any serious illness and should certainly not be underestimated.
It is also the reason why weakened elderly people often die from the flu.
Strange only that everyone seems to consider "that" as normal, but not as far as covid is concerned.
Those who talk about "long covid" should know that "long influenza" also exists, so it is nothing new.
Besides, for the people who favor this (experimental) vaccine, well, the vaccine is supposed to trigger the immune system.
It is not the (so-called) vaccine, (if it works at all), but ultimately the immune system that does the job.
That is why also "they" have an interest in a well-functioning immune system.
