  1. I will soon be 67 and have had a re-infection with flu several times in my life. These respiratory viruses, such as influenza and corona, are known to mutate continuously. That is why a vaccine will not be able to eradicate this virus, just as the flu virus has proved ineradicable. Why would this be any different with corona? According to Prof. Dr. Theo Schetters it will therefore not succeed in this case and it makes no sense to vaccinate the entire healthy population. He thinks it is better to focus on the risk groups and to protect and/or treat them as well as possible.
