@Raylufc
I had the same symptoms, not after the vaccination, but after the infection with corona in May last year.
Symptoms like a mild flu.
The worst symptom was an inexplicable tiredness.
This resulted in me staying in bed all day, so that the following days my biological clock was completely disrupted, like a jet lag.
I am not young, I was 66 during that infection, now almost 67.
I think a healthy body has little to fear from this virus.
I have never smoked, don't drink alcohol and with age I started to pay more attention to my diet, little sugar, less fat, meat and lots of fresh vegetables and fruit.
Oh, important, I don't take any drugs.
I think a lot of the corona cases that are badly affected are people who are heavily on drugs.
I am still active professionally, but because of all these corona measures in the past year I have only been able to work at 15%, given that my company is subject to severe restrictions.
I still do this at my age, because I like to do it and it gives meaning to my life.
It also keeps me physically and mentally healthy, I think.
But now because of these measures, in my country my company has now come to a standstill, my physical condition is suffering enormously.
I also have a very hard time psychologically.
I feel totally useless and worthless.
The weather is good today, so I go for a walk to maintain my fitness.
But it's just just wandering around aimlessly.

@mrmaskerville
My recommendation?
I don't recommend anything.
I don't talk people into anxiety psychosis.
Why is the entire population locked up in quarantine?
This is not normal.
You realize that, I hope?
It is normal for sick people to be isolated and not the healthy ones.
When I get the flu, I don't even go to the doctor because I know he can't do much more than prescribe an antipyretic.
Then the question is whether it is advisable to suppress the fever, if it does not get too high.
No, if I get flu symptoms I just stay indoors.
The fact that people die, usually with a life-threatening condition, also often happens with the flu or even a banal cold can kill an old and / or unhealthy person.
Destroying an entire society and economy for this is criminal.
Because despite the destruction of the economy, our savvy governments have been unable to do anything about the number of victims.
In Peru, where the strictest lockdown was introduced and enforced with a heavy hand, manu militari, the figures are downright bad, while in Russia, where virtually no measures apply, the figures are falling.
It does not get through to the hydrocephalus minds of these incompetent politicians that all they have done is to disrupt the economy.
For a disease whipped up by the WHO with the lie that 3 to 4% of all infected people would die.
While the WHO figures now show that the IFR is only 0.23%.
Which roughly corresponds to a severe flu.
This may be based on manipulated data, because someone who works in a care center for the elderly, said to me, after I asked if they had not had too many problems with corona, he said, "No, we had no contamination in our retirement home, but every elder who died since mid-March was given corona as the cause of death on his death certificate. "
Shocking, isn't it?
Maybe you should listen to this:

It is with English subtitles.

I respect you Dr. John Campbell as long as you talk about medical issues, which is your field of course.
I'm also following your advice on vitamin D, and not just because you say it, but because all science now clearly points in the direction of how important it is to the proper functioning of our bodies and immune systems.
I find it very mean of you to call people concerned about the vaccine "anti-vaxxers."
I am not an anti-vaxxer at all, I am 67 years old and have been vaccinated against smallpox, polio and tetanus.
Not for measles, because when I was a kid we just got those teething problems and we weren't vaccinated for them.
Not an anti-vaxxer, but to be fair, these vaccines have only received experimental approval and beyond their immediate adverse reactions, the long-term effects could not possibly be tested in the space of a few months.
In my country there are many GPs who say they will not get vaccinated.
They are of course well aware that the mRNA vaccine is experimental and is being used on a large scale for the first time in humans.
I also do not support your enthusiasm for the "political" decisions to introduce stricter restrictions (lockdown, curfew, etc).
A few days ago you were surprised that the corona numbers in Russia fell, while there are almost no restrictions.
You also demonized Peru for the bad results.
This while Peru is one of the countries where very strict corona restrictions apply, which were imposed with a heavy hand, manu militari.
Do you still not realize that you have to ask yourself serious questions about these strict restrictions on liberty and human rights?
Then there's the bullshit of downplaying the adverse vaccination reactions.
They were due to "underlying diseases in many of those elderly".
It is strange that this same narrative is not used for the same elderly people with underlying diseases when they become infected with the corona virus.
How do you call something like this in English: "a double standard"?
Moreover, there are not only elderly people who had adverse reactions after vaccination.
The pdf file below from VAERS also demonstrates this:
https://mega.nz/file/WwIVSAjA#C7zHYRXPwxW1Lr555ypRaLuUfRUeLatVs7aF5FgO2Co
The document is several days old and the list continues to grow.
You can see that completely healthy people, who are not even in the risk group in terms of corona, nevertheless suffered serious, sometimes fatal or permanent injuries, after the vaccination.
The second injection in particular sometimes leads to violent reactions.
