Vance will have no roll, a v.p. is a nobody, its only president that has power. What roll did, biden, pence, harris play as v.p.? nothing, expect read story books in prep-schools. So forget about vance, what he says, thinks, means nothing to nobody anywere, Also when an ex v.p. runs for president, he never wins (biden is an exception) & a good example of why they loose (remember clionton's v.p. al gore? he lost)
