  12. @jamica, so by your logice, (in pre ww2 era, when europ was rich, & usa poor) from that era usa became "rich" by "doing" cheap labour? seriousely? & europ become "poor" because there "productive" became "less". Fact is Usa became "rich" because it "could" "demand" "whatever it desired" as value of its "currency" & europ "could not" do so "any more". Fact is "all" "currencys" are "paper" its only there "percived" "value" that differs. And it is "that" "perception" of "value" that is "changing" "now". And it will continue (as you will see) Change is invitable, & 99% of the time "change" comes in a form no one "expectes/anticipates" (thats a fact of existance, cell phones, internet, cable tv, rise of china, ect). Keep an open mind, world "will" surprise you

  14. @fred4687, the kazan "decelaration" has been signed & is out. It specificely says Brics is ready to wecome "new" members, so i guess it "official" now & nations will start joing (maybe even now) or very soon. Modi/India was only one againest it (dont know why) but seems Midi/Ind has had a "change" of mind, 1st resolving border issue with China & now with adding new members. So i guess Putin's leadership steered Bricks in right direction

  15. its was not a fall, it was a minor brain hammarage, hence he cant fly (high alltitude, pressur on blood vessels & all) (kazan is 17hrs flight away), so not taking the "risk" (of a re-reputure or a fresh reputure) Lula & brazil correctely decided to cancell the trip, which is a correct decission.
