  1. From:- R.Singh (Delhi) Mr Alex, Russia expanding its militery size/might is invitable. But you are wrong to term this a "new cold war", it will not be. Russia & China will ingage with the "whole" wide world about "everything" & usa & eu can do nothing about it, It is "division" of influence, money, power & might, the west will loose its monopoly & Russia & China will gain. Division of wealth will happen, west will loose wealth, other countries will aquire it (already seeing inflation, cost of living & living standerds crises in west) while in other countries, incomes & living standerds & quality of life are rising) This is the invitable ir-reversable future of the world. Not a new cold war, just a dessulation of wests monopolys & the division of wests ill goten wealth & money amoungst many other countries of the world. Call it a just world order
