There was a guy doing this exact same thing on my block last summer, then he approached my baby mama's car, I was like "hell nah" so I jumped in my car and proceeded to run the guy over, he ducked behind two cars and I missed them then I started smoking the tires, I took off he ran after me, then I backed up again and started teasing him to get him away from my block, he got to the next block and started breaking windows again all the neighbors were out just filming me with their cell phone which was kind of weird, but at the end of the day they figured out that the guy was on meth... Or some hallucinogen... But this guy seems pretty normal
