Tesla's quality Control department is the consumer....lol

Yeah baby !! ... Finally, torque and horsepower explained simply. I'm linking this video to my upcoming episode of blowing up see-through engine, match made in heaven !!!, you'll see what I'm talking about Jason.... Fantastic !

Bro ... I have a rotary in my garage right now that makes its peak horsepower at 17,000 RPM , I was like what the heck!!!

The paint on the Subaru looks beautiful, no orange peel there.

Jason..Thank You! My stomach is hurting from laughing so hard 🤣! This has to be my favorite video of yours , No matter what its going to be a traction thing... Driving on glue...lol

@chevyfan029 very true!!. a friend of mine recently waited a year for a model 3, she just received it about a week ago, it's the all-wheel drive version. She's only had the car for about 1 week and the headlights and taillights are condensing and puddling water... I felt bad for her, I told her "oh my God look at all this water inside the tail lights", she had no clue until I told her. It kind of ruined the new car experience for her, she paid $55,000.

Is that engine for a TRUCK!?
95
Centrifugal Supercharger always reminded me of a Jet starter, electric motor coupled with a turbo ....
68
I am still working on my Rotary Episode. This just reminded me that they actually had a diesel at one point..... Awesome
47
Thank you for this video !, not many people know that HCCI exists.
46
" Liquid Piston " is the newest type of rotary that I know of. Very small company though. I should hook you up with them to do a video on it.
43
EE I think if we all get together and get a little bit of seed money we can make something even faster than the Tesla Roadster... Elon isnt the one doing the heavy lifting, his engineer's are. I'd say we go for it
42
200°C .... try this same thing on a Chevrolet Cargo Van, they will probably be 400°C, they are very undersized IMO.
41
@yayayayya4731 I can't even believe that Tesla prepped the entire track with VHT, I've never seen any other car manufacturer test their car that way. And they also said that most people will be driving this car on the track and in reality most Tesla owners I've met don't even know how to change a tire .... They are far from car people.
21
My favorite video thumbnail yet ! My Supra spins the tires at 100mph, I would like you to explain that's as well if possible, also I love this subject !
15
I wish we could do Slow Motion in Thermal. I love this camera
10
How many subs did you have at the time of this video ?. I see your silver play button there...
9
Mercedes also has the open diff with the oppositional braking, when I put my E55 in Dyno mode the open diff really shows through, under heavy acceleration one wheel will get out of control.
8
Hey Jason, I want to collaborate with you on some upcoming episodes with DARPA.
7
@yayayayya4731 oh sorry! That's what I meant Motor trend, but I'm pretty sure the order came from Tesla, like Jason said they've only done vht twice in 72 years, why now? Unless they got some sort of incentive from Tesla
7
Similare function to a HUGE blow-off, or bypass valve, I would assume this is more efficient ?.
6
Thermal efficiency is exactly what needs to be talked about in 2018. Too much dirty electricity being used to charge Teslas
5
Would you be able to do a video like this for a Documentary I am producing about food waste?. I would love this as an inclusion.
4
one of my favorite videos of all time !!
3
Engineering Explained well imagine filming like friction welding or something with our Phantom Flex 4K, or the Phantom v2512 , would be cool if there was some type of thermal filter to put in between the camera and the subject.
3
Nice S2000 !. you can put potatoes in your exhaust and it won't damage the engine
2
Do you have a Subaru ?
2
I watched the AD
2
2WD vs 4WD ...... Silly.
2
🤣🤣🤣🤣
2
Kill pedestrian or kill driver, thats going to be biggest problem with the future of self driving.
2
@Newzchspy no not at all, she really likes the car, I think it's half pop culture hype however, I just don't think Tesla should be delivering brand new cars with these types of very simple problems that other car manufacturers fixed a long time ago. I remember the old 80s Toyotas I used to get condensation in the headlights and taillights, then in the 90s they started putting little u shaped venting hoses on the assemblies and, problem solved.
2
@hypercomms2001 I completely agree.
2
@super_slav91 I know.. I couldn't believe it either when I saw her car oh, I had the same thought that you just commented.
2
THAT WAS AWESOME. !! 👍

Just Freaking FLOOR IT already !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a turbocharged STI I wanna hear the exhaust scream !!!!!!!!!!!! what a tease !!!!!!
1
Brock Bain it's not a lie, I made an episode on it, it was supposed to post yesterday, but I had a computer crash, it's either going to be out Sunday or Tuesday but it's good, and the engine actually makes its peak RPM at 17000, it's insane almost scary to hear...
1
Snow Crest I have heard of those engines, what other vehicles do they use on?
1
Ryan Kessler I will very soon.
1
fidel catsro no it's an actual engine, it's the engine I picked for the first rotary episode of the series. Comes out either Sunday or Tuesday on YouTube
1
electric feel now this rotary, it red lines at about 20,000 RPM, it's not a car engine though but it is a Wankel
1
The_Bait haha, you're good, you know your engines baby, wait till you see that episode, it was one of the hardest projects I have ever done. A two-day shoot turned into 2 weeks
1
@dianapennepacker6854 wow this is an old common but the engine that I was talking about was this little OS Wankel engine, tiny little thing I think it was like 4.9 cc displacement. Only like 1 horsepower..haha. that's why I was able to run to 30000rpm bc it is so small
1
Exami I saw an article on that, I think it was an old c class or something.
1
Furantzu thanks , next up is E.1 of See-Through Rotary Engine, posts Friday.
1
Jason Lets Collab! I'll come to you!

lol

You hit all the good points here, solution to this entire argument is. Drive less, develop more efficient combustion engines, lighter cars and gravity based and solar power sources. Great video, thanks for taking my request!
