  1. i think you talked about how the ATT stores suck now truth right there it has been so long since i needed to go into one but instead of fixing my phone to give it text messages and calls they broke the inside of it (i will explain all of this and the days it happened because each thing sort of happens on different days) on march 11 i go to the store to get my phone to be set up for phone calls and text messages and he tries stuff then he takes a bent paperclip and puts it into my phone (later that night i use google and figured this out he put my phone back into factory retail mode) anyways i found a setting in my phone while i was at the store that is called something like g2 network setting (i am simplifying that setting a lot i dont remember the real name of it) anyways i clicked it on and the phone worked sort of after restarting the phone many times i could get texts and calls and the internet to work well thats not good enough for me since i am unable to take out the simcard without it messing up the phone and knowing he set it to factory retail mode so i go back on monday the 14th and i showed that the phone was all types of donked like it was back on the 11th well i asked for a paperclip to try to finagle and find the button myself i got told there were no paperclips and then he sets me up with text support over the phone and i am unsure at what point he breaks bixby (the ai like siri) anyways bixby gets broken and that night my phone completely breaks anyways so my mom doesnt get a chance to try to fix my phone and make it remember me at no point did ATT try to get the phone to remember it already had an owner so i go back today on the fifteenth and i return the simcard to make sure they lost money well interesting thing while i was there a paperclip right on a table i got a picture of that as well as the thing they gave me when i asked for a paperclip and i tried to break that really hard to break metal thing so i took a picture of that as well i heard other people having issues like their bills being wrong and charging them more money and things like that all they needed to do was allow my phone to be and they would have kept the five dollars for the simcard that never belonged in a cellphone anyways my mom figured that one out and told me about it on the 14th i took a picture of her text messages because my phone died the night of the 14th i doubt you will read any of this but maybe somebody in the comment section might and have similar stories or be careful about doing business with ATT
