  12. The government needs a rental watchdog. whos to say a landlord didn't finish paying off their investment property 5 years ago and they are still hiking up the rent by $200 a week?

  15. Air BNB isn't helping the situation. 50 long-term rentals are available in my town at the moment and 80 properties are listed on Air BNB. some for $500 a night (I'm in country NSW) some landlords are just greedy

  28. I just moved to regional WA from regional NSW at the end of last year, and we are not feeling the wining wealth in our small town. if you have a medical emergency, you are dead as the town only has 2 volunteer Ambulance drivers and Geraldton is almost 90 minutes away
