@illdill503 yes no one should discount the possibility that one or more officers were involved. Either way they are clearly biased towards him and extremely accountable for whatever happened to her.

@Stacie P true, hopefully with a massive increase in funding they will be empowered to address systemic racism and corruption in the ranks. Otherwise I don't see the situation improving. If anything, it will get worse.
