It's true, I was intrigued by the name. It's really the religious thing that bothered me. When it's just coarse salt . So I find that a bit dumb naming it so. There's so many different types of salts, at first I thought that they prayed to it, which is ridiculous, right ? You have sel de Guérande, and from various parts of the world. You have Himalayan salts , mostly used for decoration considering the price, so just call it flaky or coarse. Nice video btw, because we didn't understand why. Oh, and just in case, you do know where the word salary comes from ?
