Russia helped those countries not because they loved them but because it was the Cold War ! That's all. When african countries had famines, did they send food, medical help,tests ? No, they didn't. Neither did India or China. Neither did any african countries. Did they hold concerts like Band Aid and USA for Africa ? I don't think so. If you love that country and putler so much, go there, join the army, get killed !
