  1. It's mostly the anglophone people who call themselves that way. Snobbery ? Makes them feel special, different, and better than the locals , I suppose. They are annoying , not all, but most.

  3. Suppose that a murican wants to go and live in CR. He ships his car, washing machine, TV etc all the stuff he had over there. Surely he can live well because he only has his medical bills to pay ? It's the daily expenses that have not been spoken about.
