  4.  @ziliestarrive  No, this has nothing to do with how people feel about them, this has everything to do with state propaganda and brainwashing, as well as the state wanting to maintain its monopoly on drugs. The state has alternatives for every single street drug out there. They've got a monopoly on opioids, on stimulants, on anything that is easy to control. They tried and failed to ban alcohol, but that was too easy to produce and too hard to stop. They don't give a shit about you or your loved ones health. They couldn't care less. All they care about is control. Countries that have decriminalised drugs have found only positive outcomes. Addicts are weak, and not my problem. You can get addicted to anything. You can overdose on anything. Caffeine, sugar, alcohol. Everything. Not my problem. You are not my problem. What you CHOOSE to buy, or use, or get addicted to is not my problem. It's not the states problem either. Free market capitalism should be completely unregulated and unaltered to work properly. This means nothing can be banned, or fined, or taxed, or regulated. Nothing. Not drugs, not guns, nothing. I will buy, sell, use, and produce whatever I want. Your opinion is worthless and invalid on what I choose to do or what other consenting adults choose to do. Understand?

  14. ​ @tomster95  Wrong. It's the opposite. Without subsidies everyone can sell gasoline and compete, which means lower and lower prices. It means no more oil monopolies. Everyone can extract and sell oil with no taxation, no fines, no fees, no regulation. Cheapest prices possible. Those countries have healthcare monopolies ran by the state. It's ran on STOLEN money, stolen at gunpoint, and it means that no one can compete. It a true free market, you would get the cheapest and highest quality healthcare, without the robbery. There are plenty of real private hospitals in the US that have infinitely better healthcare and everything is cheaper than anything government subsidised. Taxation is theft.

  16.  @rawrmcsaurs6052  And that's nothing but terrible. Taxation is theft, and prevents the free market from functioning properly. The state has no right to restrict anything or tax anything. There is no way around this. Why is alcohol only restricted and not banned, when it is more harmful than, let's say, weed, or coke, or LSD? There is zero logical basis, and even if there was, it still violates my human rights. Refined sugar is not necessary for survival.

  21. Their fault, their choice. Nobody forces them to buy anything. The "smugglers" are simply fulfilling a demand. It's called the free market. Millions have died due to alcohol, directly or indirectly. I don't see you crying about that? Every government has a monopoly on "legal" drugs, which are literal alternatives to the banned stuff. I should be able to buy, sell, produce, and use whatever I want. Without state intervention or regulation.
