  3. So this is what happens when a human society nears perfection, as Japan is one of the most if not the most advanced country on the planet. The smarter the citizens the more depressed they will usually be. Us Brits for example (real Brits not kebabs) are cynical most of the time, and Germans etc etc, meanwhile Americans and Indians and other poor nations are happy yet stupid
