@mskehan19 You're deluded. Losing weight is the exact opposite effect you need for muscle building dipshit, it means you're not getting enough calories or protein. No plant is as protein dense as any meat. No plant even comes close. The amount of plants you'd have to eat just to get close to protein requirements is not efficient, especially since we haven't even evolved to digest plants. So you're just delusional. You're not healthy at all if you don't eat animal produce, end of story.
