  3. B V  I meant in a traditional sense, infantry vs. infantry. They can't even clothe their own soldiers and are asking or making hard criminals to enlist. People are running out of the country to avoid conscription. They would be doing a bunch of 9/11 attacks or something similar. They do possess nuclear arms though, and putin isn't right in the head anymore.
