This aspect is written in the Constitution, "this reserves the rights of the American people" but concern for abortion as a right is more of a concern than all of the rights american people find they need to protect under the constitution of the USA. The supreme court decisions are unconstitutional or criminal decisions endangering the people of the USA but the people of the USA do not know how to address the supreme court decisions that are criminal or unconstitutional.
