  1. The do called representatives of the USA have been secretly violating China and Russia with nuclear weapons and chemical weapons. They are referring to the use of chemical weapons that has not stopped in 100 years. Chemical weapons use and stockpile disposal have exposed Mongolian plateau in China to outer space temperatures again and again since 2011 massive release of VX nerve agent from Georgia chemical weapons dump. The Mongolian plateau evacuation and repeated exposure to outer space is due to the repeated release of chemical weapons and violations of Treaties instituted by scientists to initiate survival from the chemical manufacturing that created the northern lights 100 years ago. This is what the Chinese statement is referring to.
