The nuclear nonproliferation treaty enforcement recognized this fact and we don't build develop or share nuclear technology. It is not what we do. We don't build develop or share nuclear technology like nuclear power because it is suicide and we have Edison generator and dynamos power plants to replace nuclear power plants and fossil fuels power plants. We haven't built Edison powered electric cars like shell oil company invented in the 1970s. The power plants using inverters and transformers can deliver any amount of current or voltage AC power to the power lines but they haven't been built since the 1920s.
