The USA recently hit a port city of Russia with a heavy iron nuclear warhead developed contrary to Treaties instituted by scientists to initiate survival. The space X nuclear warhead used on Venus also hit a port city of Russia . The USA has been goading Russia by hitting the Arctic Ocean with 20 megaton nuclear warheads twice creating tidal waves and polar vortex weather system.
