  1. Wage price spiral is the normal economy. We don't have a way to assure people are not harmed by criminal wages. We used to have a minimum wage act that assured people that every job would be a living local by a standard of living mentioned as not a transient wage. A landlord rightfully expects 4 times the rent as income to qualify for a lease and this is the normal legal minimum wage in the local area. We establish a link of minimum wage to local housing and watch the normal growth of the economy catch up with the increase in population since 1995.

  2. The ports are looking for wives and children who can work for criminal wages. They don't bother to consider making truck driving a job that is a living. The federal minimum wage act is not going to be enforced correctly and they are not going to stabilize and increase the number of truckers working. Criminal wages are good enough to move a truck.
