  1. Allowed the national assault rifle ban did not expire it was not enforced. There was no expiration date on the assault rifle ban. The 3 5 rule was allowed to lapse into no enforcement after the Sandy Hook shooting because it was said the gun used was thirty years old and the ban was not effective. This should not be enough to stop enforcement of the assault rifle ban known as the 3 5 rule of manufacturing and selling weapons in the USA.
