  2. The most dangerous aircraft in service but only the pilots are blamed for crashes. The Navy ships are no different None of them are seaworthy and they were sent into the hurricane. If they were broached and rolled over the captains would be blamed for the shipwreck but none of the ships are seaworthy. None of the ships can survive a hurricane at sea but the captains would be blamed The design of the ships and assignment of the ships is never an issue but the cause of broached and capsized is only because of design and assignments.
