It is possible to make an air conditioning system that runs without consuming electric power. They use electric motor based on magnetic field generated by electric current AC. If the wiring is carefully designed the fans and compressor can be made to run without consuming electric power but only uses the electric power to generate magnetic field to move the motors. It the wires in the motor are equal to the current applied then heat is not created and current is not lost to heat creation. The magnetic field is generated without heat or current consumed. The motor or compressor runs but does not consume electric power.

  17. The problem with solar panels and batteries is the lack of concern for the toxicity of the materials that are used. An Edison generator with dynamos easily replace fossil fuels and nuclear power with very little pollution. Solar panels usually use toxic material for the photo electric element. Pet plastic and PCB are the common photo electric elements of solar panels. Nobody uses silicon for solar panels except for the support of the plastic photo electric element.
