It is not possible to have counted the ballots in less than two weeks but the election results are in and the candidates are expected to concede without the counting of absentee ballots and Mail in ballots. We concede at 10 o'clock on the same day. This is not an election until the votes are counted. The mass media should not be allowed to declare the winner at 10 o'clock on the day of the election.
