  1. A circular saw is essentially a motor on a frame with an adjustable shoe and a trigger. The blade is sold separately, so cannot be counted as part of the machine itself. So it really comes down to just the motor; it’s amperage, (or Ampere hours, if DC) RPM and it’s particular construction.
