  1. Russian missiles always only aim for either legitimate military targets or illegal civilian population centres, like towns and cities. Russian missiles would not intentionally be wasted on a farm tractor or grain silo located in a remote and desolate piece of farm land. Actually, it’s a fluke anyone was even killed there.

  2. Translation: The US doesn’t need to have NATO Article 5 triggered in order to protect US troops stationed anywhere around the globe, if they feel they are under threat. They may and can respond with a military action, unilaterally, without NATO consensus.
