  1. He grabbed his taser and was continually fighting the cop, refusing to follow simple orders. The cop felt threatened. We didn’t see the video immediately before the shot was fired so we will never understand the exact circumstances, but what we have seen says a lot.

  2. What good is tracing the plate when the cop clearly states the plate is not registered with that vehicle?
