  1. Don’t be so naive. This wasn’t so poorly handled; it was intentionally handled exactly the way they wanted it to be handled. You have no idea who you’re dealing with if “it breaks your heart”. Seriously? Is that what you tell someone who kills your family while robbing your house? Cause that’s the level of malevolence we’re dealing with here. They will simply laugh at you and anyone else who says “it broke their heart”.

  3. And what if that same testing company is also hired to perform any clean up, compensation and out of court settlements? Then you’ve just signed all of those things away as well. You think you’re such a smart person giving what you think is expert legal advice, but it’s all to the detriment of these innocent victims of a multi-billion dollar company with no regard for human life. And you are now trying to help them in their efforts to continue to destroy people’s lives. What kind of monster are you?

  7. That form shows you that a multi-billion dollar company is ready to play dirty with townspeople who’s lives they’ve just destroyed. These townspeople had better saddle up for the fight of their lives. This is just business to Norfolk Southern; they couldn’t care less about anyone’s life.

  10. A million dollars for every homeowner, and a million bucks per resident. The company can easily afford that. Anything less is criminal. They will all need to walk away from their homes. No one can ever live there. Their homes are useless and no one can ever buy them.
