  1. If having nuclear weapons was the excuse for attacking another country Israel and North Korea would be flattened already. If having nuclear weapons and refusing to agree to any of the international nuclear arms treaties and allow weapons inspectors to do their job then North Korea, Pakistan, India and Israel would most certainly be flattened by now. Iran doesn’t even have nuclear weapons. That was just a flimsy pretext or excuse to try and justify invading a sovereign country.
