  2. Is it a lack of childhood fitness that leads to chronic skeletal problems later in life? Or is it a lack of childhood playing that weakens us? Why do we think it’s normal and good to trap naturally curious and rambunctious children inside a classroom and force them to sit quietly and motionless behind their desks all day? Is this not the beginning of insanity?
